Consumer Reports for New Parents
Remote | 2022
I worked with the Consumer Reports team to create a resource for new parents to get un-biased information about baby products. This effort included user experience strategy and copywriting.
About the Mini-site
The Consumer Reports team wanted to create a self-contained experience within their broader website to make purchasing decisions easy and stress-free for new parents. The idea was to provide crucial safety information in front of the paywall through an interactive car seat finder experience, while showcasing the value of the paid subscription What I did
I reviewed the expansive user research conducted by the Consumer Reports team and created a user-friendly web structure to lead users through the site. I also storyboarded video elements, wrote copy for the final site, and worked with designers to create corresponding visuals.
